In the study, group work plays a very important role to help improve the efficiency of learning because no one is perfect, human knowledge has limits, the Working Group helped the team members promote positive properties of learners, to maintain and develop the group, the role of JI leader is extremely important. Recently in the process of studying leadership, I was assigned to the role group is the leader and teacher of the task entrusted to us is the presentation part 3 in the leadership, but the presentation had ended long ago, but at least I'm not in the mindset for the team and for myself. I realize we are not a group. Starting from when assigning groups we have never sat together to discuss the subject of the group, which said simply after the split of work for each Member to when presentations we don't talk much to each other, the cause is due to? There are 3 causes of failure in work of our group:• The first cause is the differences in personality. The Group has only 4 members, they always tend to uphold individualism, people will always think of his higher self disease better than others even expressed the attitude not to cooperate. You then compare or and or frustrating about the actions of other members, did you always satisfied with what was asked whether less or more. • The second is personal life: this is the most common cause when working group especially for students just learning by doing. Every time I want to have a team meeting, members took the reason busy no time, should the meeting most only have 2 or 3 people.• Final causes is also the most important cause: the cause of this is because I am the leader of the group, I found myself not doing properly their responsibilities. I always make the mistake that is easy to agree with the requirement that the Member made, who the guilty do that was my thinking, and also many other mistakes. However, only a small group but learning through this group I draw a lot of things, there are challenges that I think have to cope: • Challenge 1: The problem of contact information This seemingly simple thing but it's very difficult for me. The challenges that I have spent in the working group but is difficult but not impossible to solve.
