TN1: So sánh thành phần nước mắm cốt truyền thống của Việt Nam với nước mắm A của hãng Tiparos (Thailand) thi thấy 2 loại nước mắm này có nền nước mắm cốt tương đương
TN2: So sánh hàm lượng của Glycine và DL alanine của nước mắm B (khác A) của Tiparos và nước mắm Việt Nam thì thấy hàm lượng này cao bất thường.
TN3: Sp sánh hàm lượng của Glycine và DL alanine trong nước mắm A và B. Kết quả cho thấy hàm lượng 2 loại amino acid này trong B cao hơn A
Như vậy, nghi ngờ có khả năng nước mắm B có bổ sung glycine và alanine
