- Preparation of labor contracts: Implementing labor contract preparation training, probationary contract, monitoring and evaluation of parts and compose formal labor contract for workers.
- Attendance / Payroll: Perform the timekeeping for employees, overtime and general public payroll, track and allowed five monthly allowance if applicable.
- Implement policies for social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance: Accept responsible implementation of the increase or decrease insurance policies maternity, sickness regime for laborers according to regulations
