Bên Cho Thuê sẽ không thay đổi cơ bản hình dạng hoặc vị trí của Phần Diện Tích Thuê, trừ các trường hợp được quy định tại Thư Mời Thuê hoặc Hợp Đồng Thuê hoặc trường hợp bất khả kháng hoặc trường hợp Các Bên có thỏa thuận khác.
