 Tiểu dự án nhằm mục tiêu cải thiệ

 Tiểu dự án nhằm mục tiêu cải thiện điều kiện sống cho người dân trong cộng đồng;
 Người nghèo và người thiệt thòi được tham gia và hưởng lợi;
 Quá trình thực hiện tiểu dự án là quá trình nâng cao năng lực và trao quyền cho người dân;
 Tiểu dự án phải có nhạy cảm giới và phát huy quyền tham gia của phụ nữ;
 Có đóng góp của địa phương (chính quyền, người dân…) một cách hợp lý để đảm bảo tính sở hữu và tính bền vững;
 Công khai, minh bạch và mang tính trách nhiệm (phân biệt rõ trách nhiệm giữa người dân và chính quyền) trong suốt quy trình thực hiện các dự án phát triển cộng đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

 subproject aims to improve living conditions for people in the community; the poor and the underprivileged are involved and benefit; Sub-project implementation process is the process of capacity building and empowerment for the people; the minor must be sensitive to gender projects and promote the right to participation of women; Had the local contribution (Government, people, ...) in a reasonable manner to ensure ownership and sustainability; public, transparent, and accountable (differentiated responsibility between people and Government) during the process of implementing community development projects.

 The subproject implementation process is capacity building and exchange rights for the people;
 subproject to gender sensitive and promotes the participation of women;
 have local contributions (government, people ...) a reasonable way to ensure the ownership and sustainability;
 Public, transparent and accountable (clear distinction of responsibilities between the people and the government) during the process of implementation of community development projects.
