The contents of the study, subjects rated the degree of satisfaction of businesses for OSS in Ninh Kieu District Tax Office. Data was collected through direct interviews with 200 sample observations. The data collected was analyzed index Cronbach's Alpha, factor analysis to discover (EFA), the relevant factors to be included in the regression model Binary Logistic to assess the satisfaction of business for body OSS in Ninh Kieu District Tax Office. Analysis results showed that customer satisfaction largely depends on: physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, procedures and capabilities, the service, the objective mind. Each element has different levels of influence and have a positive relationship with the satisfaction level of the enterprise. In particular, the procedures, the greatest impact to the satisfaction of the business. Next is the reliability, two-factor responsiveness and service capacity, calculate the objective mind can also affect the levels of satisfaction, but with low levels.
Through the above results and general comments contributions of businesses in the survey, the authors suggest a number of measures to enhance the satisfaction level of business for the OSS in Ninh Kieu District Tax Office. The main measures revolve around solutions to improve the elements of procedures and the reliability, capacity and objectivity services such as administrative reform, improve the level of civil servants, training fostering of professional and ethical, ... and propose some recommendations to the relevant authorities in order to bring satisfaction to enterprises, create favorable conditions to facilitate the business advisory support tax, tax declaration, completed tax obligation, increasing the State budget revenue
