Tôi đã xem xét các sản phẩm mà bạn yêu cầu tư vấn. Tôi nhận thấy các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng sản phẩm của bạn cũng tương ứng với các sản phẩm của Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên để bạn có thể nhập sản phẩm này vào Việt Nam bán, thì bạn cần:
Chuẩn bị hồ sơ công bố thực phẩm nhập khẩu (gồm các gấy tờ sau):
- Bản công bố hợp quy (công bố phù hợp) quy định an toàn thực phẩm;
- Bản tiêu chuẩn cơ sở (thông tin chi tiết về sản phẩm)
- Giấy chứng nhận lưu hành tự do (CFS)
- Bản sao giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh của công ty sản xuất nước ngoài (bản sao, hợp thức hóa lãnh sự);
- Phiếu kết quả kiểm nghiệm trong vòng 12 tháng (hoặc Certificate of Analysis)
- Nhãn hàng tại nước sản xuất và nước phân phối và mẫu sản phẩm hoàn thiện để nộp
- Đơn đề nghị cấp Giấy chứng nhận cơ sở đủ điều kiện vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm (cty phân phối)
- Chứng chỉ phù hơp HACCP hoặc ISO 22000 hoặc tương đương
- Thông tin tài liệu khoa học để chứng minh tác dụng của các thành phần
- Bản sao Hợp đồng thương mại

Hờ sơ này nộp tại Bộ Y Tế Việt Nam (Thời gian khoảng 20 ngày làm việc)
Vì vậy bạn cần chuyển sản phẩm mẫu và các giấy tờ liên quan về VN để hoàn tất thủ tục theo quy định nhé.
