Nếu có bất kỳ tranh chấp nào phát sinh liên quan đến việc thực hiện Biên Bản này, các Bên cùng nhau thương lượng thiện chí. Nếu các Bên không thể giải quyết tranh chấp ổn thỏa thì tranh chấp đó sẽ được giải quyết bởi Tòa Án Kinh Tế Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If any dispute arises relating to the implementation of the minutes, the parties together to negotiate in good faith. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute, then that fine will be settled by the Court of Vietnam's economy.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If any dispute arises concerning the implementation of the Minutes of this, the parties together to negotiate in good faith. If the parties can not resolve the dispute in sight, the dispute will be resolved by the Vietnam Economic Court.
