3. Về diện tích nhà xưởng:
- Công ty thuê đất của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh theo quyết định số 1545/2004/QĐ-UB ngày 08/7/2004 của UBND tỉnh Nam Định với diện tích 462.000 m2.
- Diện tích sử dụng diện tích của xưởng 10, chuyển từ sản xuất các sản phẩm quần áo sang sản xuất vali, túi xách và các loại tương tự; các bộ phận kèm theo của vali, túi xách. Cụ thể:
+ Tổng diện tích:8.448m2, trong đó:
Tầng 1: 7.680m2
Tầng 2: 768m2
- Điều kiện hiện tại của mặt bằng nhà xưởng và hệ thống cơ sở mặt bằng của công trường (cầu đường, điện, nước, hệ thống thoát nước, giao thông liên lạc…): hệ thống đường, đường điện và cung cấp nước đã được xây dựng.

4. Công nghệ, thiết bị, máy móc.

Các nguyên liệu thô được nhập khẩu theo yêu cầu của các đơn đặt hàng. Sau khi các nguyên liệu này được nhập về sẽ được bộ phận kiểm tra nguyên liệu kiểm tra chất lượng và phân loại. Nếu các nguyên liệu đạt đúng yêu cầu được chuyển qua để thiết kế sản phẩm mẫu và chuyển xuống bộ phận cắt để chuẩn bị cho khâu cắt. Tại đây, khâu vẽ mẫu (Auto cad) được triển khai theo các mẫu của khách hàng. Các bản vẽ mẫu được chuyển xuống bộ phận cắt, và tại đây các nhân viên ở bộ phận cắt theo các mẫu đã được duyệt. Sau đó, các sản phẩm đã được cắt chuyển xuống để may. Tại khâu này, nguồn ô nhiễm chủ yếu là bụi, chất thải rắn sản xuất từ vải thừa.
Sau khâu may, các sản phẩm được kiểm tra chất lượng trước khi hoàn thiện sản phẩm. Do đó, những sản phẩm không đúng quy cách và chưa đạt tiêu chuẩn được loại ra, các sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu được chuyển sang khâu hoàn thiện sản phẩm. Với khâu này, các phụ kiện kèm theo sản phẩm được hoàn thiện theo yêu cầu, gắn thêm các phụ kiện đi kèm như max thời trang, quai đeo,... Và cuối cùng là khâu kiểm tra tiêu chuẩn của sản phẩm, đóng gói và chờ giao hàng theo đơn đặt hàng. Với khâu này sẽ gây ô nhiễm bụi, tiếng ồn, chất thải rắn.
5. Nhu cầu sản xuất túi xách và các sản phẩm tương tự
- Công suất sản xuất sản phẩm túi: 1.200.000 sản phẩm/năm
- Các khách hàng chính: COACH, GUESS, LLBEAN, LANDSEND, POIVRE BLANC, WILL LEATHER GOOD, MCM, TNF
- Thị trường tiêu thụ chủ yếu: Mỹ, Hàn Quốc

6. Các giải pháp về bảo vệ môi trường và việc chấp hành pháp luật của công ty.
- Công ty lắp đặt đầy đủ hệ thống phòng cháy chữa cháy, hệ thống điện nước.
Công ty nghiêm túc thực hiện đúng quy trình xử lí nước thải theo quy định của Nhà nước.
- Công ty kí hợp đồng xử lí chất thải nguy hại, xử lí rác sinh hoạt với các công ty xử lý được Nhà nước cấp giấy phép hoạt động
- Công ty nộp đầy đủ tiền phí bảo vệ môi trường, phí nước thải theo đúng quy định.
- Công ty đã nhận được bản xác nhận phê duyệt báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường dự án sản xuất sản phẩm may mặc của công ty TNHH Youngone Nam Định theo quyết định số812/QĐ-STNMT ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2014 của SởTài nguyên và Môi trường tỉnh Nam Định
- Xây dựng kho chứa rác thải nguy hại, rác thải công nghiệp.
- Công ty nộp đầy đủ tiền phí bảo vệ môi trường, phí nước thải theo đúng quy định.
Ngoài ra, Công ty luôn đề cao tính pháp luật của Nhà nước Việt Nam, luôn tuân thủ theo quy định của pháp luật.
