Để thu hút và phát triển đội ngũ nhà khoa học, nhà giáo có trình độ cao, đặc biệt là đối với đội ngũ cán bộ về hưu có trình độ tiến sĩ, giáo sư, phó giáo sư tiếp tục tham gia vào công tác giảng dạy, Khoa Luật đã đưa ra nhiều chế độ đãi ngộ như ký hợp đồng có thời hạn, tạo điều kiện thỏa đáng cho đội ngũ này tham gia vào các hoạt động đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học của nhà trường, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo và uy tín cho Khoa (H6.06.06.05).
