Điều khoản bổ sung này sẽ có hiệu lực sau thời gian chờ 30 ngày kể từ ngày đóng phí bảo hiểm. Với Hợp đồng gia hạn liên tục, Điều khoản bổ sung này sẽ có hiệu lực ngay sau khi người đề nghị bảo hiểm đóng phí cho thời kỳ bảo hiểm sau.

Trong trường hợp qua đời do những bệnh nghiêm trọng, tiền sử tình trạng sức khoẻ, khoản tiền thanh toán bảo hiểm sẽ có hiệu lực từ năm thứ hai của Hợp đồng liên tục.

Điều khoản bổ sung này không áp dụng cho Người được bảo hiểm từ 70 tuổi trở lên.
