Nhiệm vụ cụ thể đối với từng đơn vị bao gồm:
(1) Bộ Tài chính
Bộ Tài chính có những chức năng, nhiệm vụ chủ yếu sau đây.
(i) Chuẩn bị các dự án luật, pháp lệnh, các dự án khác về lĩnh vực tài chính - ngân sách và xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch vay nợ, trả nợ trong nước và ngoài nước trình Chính phủ; ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật về lĩnh vực tài chính - ngân sách theo thẩm quyền;
