Muốn trở thành một người thành công trong xã hội thì thứ nhất phải biết cách quản lý thời gian làm việc , thời gian nghỉ ngơi và sắp xếp công việc một cách hớp lý, tận dụng tốt thời gian làm việc của mình để mang lại hiệu quả cao trong công việc. Thứ hai, cần học hỏi, trau dồi kiến thức và kinh nghiệm từ đời sống ngoài xã hội. Không ngừng học tập, rèn luyện để kiến thức của mình ngày càng hoàn thiện hơn. Biết lắng nghe và tiếp thu ý kiến của người khác, biết rút kinh nghiệm từ những thất bại của mình và của mọi người xung quanh.
