Hội đồng Quản trị thành lập hai ủy ban thuộc do các cá nhân độc lập giữ vai trò chủ tịch các ủy ban này là (1) Ủy ban QTRR – phê duyệt các chính sách quản trị rủi ro tín dụng, xây dựng các hạn mức khung và các hạn mức ngành, (2) Ủy ban phê duyệt tín dụng – Thực hiện phê duyệt các khoản tín dụng có giá trị lớn và/hoặc tư vấn cho HĐQT trong phê duyệt các khoản tín dụng giá trị lớn, các khoản tín dụng với các bên có liên quan của MB. HĐQT là cơ quan giám sát cao nhất của ngân hàng về chất lượng tín dụng và chính sách rủi ro tín dụng.

The BOARD is the highest monitoring body of the Bank about credit quality and credit risk policy.
