Nếu một trong hai Bên đơn phương hu

Nếu một trong hai Bên đơn phương huỷ bỏ Hợp đồng đã ký sau khi Hợp đồng đã có hiệu lực, Bên huỷ bỏ phải thanh toán tiền phạt vi phạm Hợp đồng cho phía bên kia với mức phạt là 5% trên tổng trị giá của Hợp đồng.
