3. Yêu cầu trưởng ca bảo trì và trưởng ca vận hành ký tên vào nhật ký trước khi mở cửa đón khách để đảm bảo thiết bị đã sẵn sàng hoạt động đón khách
4. Trưởng ca bảo cơ khí trì chịu trách nhiệm ghi sổ Nhật ký kiểm tra vận hành.
5. Đọc kỹ dẫn kiểm tra trước/sau khi vận hành vòng xoay Sunwheel.
6. Thực hiện ghi chép đầy đủ và ký xác nhận để có cơ sở báo cáo.
7. Kết hợp với bộ phận vận hành kiểm tra hệ thống trước khi vận hành.
8. Ký xác nhận vào Nhật ký vận hành khi kết thúc ca.
9. Phó/Trưởng bộ phận có trách nhiệm kiểm tra hằng ngày. Phó/Trưởng Phòng có trách nhiệm kiểm tra ít nhất 1 lần/tuần.
10. Nếu phát hiện sự việc/hiện tượng bất thường phải báo ngay cho cấp quản lý.
