1. Mục đích của quy trình:
Quy trình bảo trì này được lập để giúp Chủ quản lý sử dụng Nhà MRF nắm được tuần tự và các bước cần thiết trong công tác bảo trì công trình để vận hành và khai thác lâu dài công trình theo yêu cầu đã đặt ra ban đầu.
Quy trình này có thể phải sửa đổi điều chỉnh nếu trong quá trình sử dụng khi Chủ quản lý sử dụng công trình tiến hành các công tác cải tạo; mở rộng; thay đổi chức năng công trình theo thiết kế ban đầu hoặc đã tiến hành sửa chữa lớn công trình.
Để hiểu biết chi tiết hơn về công tác bảo trì công trình, Chủ sử dụng công trình cần nghiên cứu các văn bản pháp luật liên quan như Nghị định số 46/2015/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ ngày 12/05/2015 về quản lý chất lượng và bảo trì công trình xây dựng
