Trường hợp Bên A không muốn gia hạn

Trường hợp Bên A không muốn gia hạn hợp đồng, Bên A cần thông báo với Bên B bằng văn bản một (01) tháng trước ngày kết thúc hợp đồng. Nếu Bên B không nhận được bất kì văn bản yêu cầu gia hạn nào của Bên A, mặc nhiên hợp đồng này sẽ được tự động gia hạn thêm một (01) năm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Side A of the case does not want to renew the contract, party A Party B with notice in writing one month before the end of the contract. If Party B did not receive any written request to extend the A party, nonetheless this contract will automatically be renewed one (01) year.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If Party A does not want to renew the contract, Party A to Party B shall notify in writing one (01) months prior to the expiration of the contract. If Party B does not receive any written request for an extension of Party A, implicitly this contract will be automatically extended for one (01) years.
