 Trường hợp bên A làm hư hỏng phần

 Trường hợp bên A làm hư hỏng phần mềm do các nguyên nhân khách quan như: VIRUS, sự cố về điện, hỏng ổ đĩa cứng,... bên B sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cài đặt lại phần mềm tại trụ sở của bên A. Trong trường hợp các hư hỏng quá nhiều (nhiều hơn 04 lần), bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán các chi phí cài đặt (chi phí cài đặt cụ thể: 200.000 đồng/lần) cho bên B.
