- Trường hợp tài sản đảm bảo thuộc loại khác ( Kể cả nhà đất hoặc tài sản khác hình thành từ vốn vay) thì nhân viên A/O CN chuyển hồ sơ tài sản đảm bảo đến phòng thẩm định tài sản đảm bảo để tiến hành thẩm định.
* Tập hợp hồ sơ trình ban tín dụng/ Hội đồng tín dụng
Phòng A/O CN tập hợp hồ sơ trình Tổng giám đốc hoặc Ban tín dụng/ Hội đồng tín dụng quyết định theo phạm vi thẩm quyền do hội đồng quản trị quy định. Hồ sơ bao gồm:
- Tờ trình thẩm định khách hàng do nhân viên A/O cá nhân lập.
- Tờ trình đánh giá tài sản đảm bảo do phòng thẩm định TSBĐ lập.
- Hồ sơ vay của khách hàng cung cấp.
