Điều 2: Gía trị góp vốn
Giá trị tài sản góp vốn được các bên cùng thống nhất thoả thuận là: 20.000.000.000 đồng (Hai mươi tỷ đồng). Góp vốn bằng tiền mặt.
Điều 3: Thời hạn góp vốn
Việc góp vốn thực hiện ngay sau khi ký kết Hợp đồng này.
Điều 4: Sử dụng vốn góp
Vốn đã góp vào Bên B được sử dụng theo các quy định trong Điều lệ của Bên B và theo thỏa thuận theo nguyên tắc đồng thuận của các thành viên góp vốn.
Điều 5: Rút vốn
Bên A chỉ được rút hoặc giảm vốn góp trong trường hợp được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Hội đồng thành viên của Bên B.
