Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman, today said Russian President Vladimir Putin has no plans to meet with the Council to grant Turkey Tayyip Erdogan at the climate summit in Paris. Reuters quoted Mr Peskov said Putin President most likely will discuss with u.s. President Barack Obama on the sidelines of the Conference. Turkey earlier suggestions on the meeting between the two Presidents aimed at reducing tensions after Russia's aircraft was shot down near the Syrian border. Though Mr. Erdogan repeatedly suggested the discussion with Mr. Putin, Moscow still boycott Ankara and hope Turkey to apologize. However, Mr Erdogan to present only regret about the incident. "We really are very sad because of this incident. We don't want things like this to happen but, unfortunately, it happened. I hope the same thing will not repeat, "Mr. Erdogan said before coming to Paris. "Climate summit in Paris will bring the opportunity to repair our relations with Russia. Confrontation will never make anybody happy. Russia important to Turkey how the Turkey is also important to Russia as such ". Before leaving to Paris to join the Conference, Mr Putin signed a decree economic sanctions in particular with Turkey.
