CHƯƠNG 4: KẾT LUẬN VÀ KIẾN NGHỊ MỘT SỐ GIẢI PHÁP NÂNG CAO NĂNG LỰC QUẢN TRỊ NGUỒN NHÂN LỰC TẠI CÔNG TY NHẰM GIẢM HIỆN TƯỢNG CHẢY MÁU CHẤT XÁM TRONG THỜI GIAN TỚI
4.1. Mục tiêu, phương hướng của Công Ty trong giai đoạn 2015- 2016:
Mục tiêu phát triển:
Đến năm 2016, tất cả các hoạt động chủ chốt của Tổng công ty về phân phối điện, điều độ hệ thống điện và các lĩnh vực khác được áp dụng các hệ thống phần mềm phục vụ quản lý, điều hành, các hệ thống được triển khai và tích hợp đồng bộ xuyên suốt với hệ thống của Tập đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam, Tổng công ty và các đơn vị thành viên Tổng công ty.
Các hệ thống phần mềm cần được hiệu chỉnh, tích hợp với các hệ thống liên quan và nâng cấp phù hợp với nhu cầu mới trong quản lý của Tổng công ty và các đơn vị.
Ưu tiên tự phát triển các hệ thống mới theo công nghệ hiện đại, đảm bảo tính kế thừa với các hệ thống hiện đại. Khuyến khích hợp tác với các đối tác chiến lược để chuyển giao công nghệ, hướng đến làm chủ công nghệ các hệ thống.
Xây dựng và cập nhật, khai thác kho dữ liệu dùng chung của Tổng công ty phục vụ hoạt động phân tích hổ trợ ra quyết định.
Ngoài ra, nhận được nhiều đơn đặt hàng của khách hàng sử dụng công nghệ cao.
Mục tiêu cụ thể phát triển hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin giai đoạn 2015 -2016:
- Hoàn thành quy hoạch hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin trong toàn Tổng công ty, triển khai nâng cấp hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin theo quy hoạch đảm bảo tính đồng bộ, thông suốt, đủ năng lực và an ninh cho việc triển khai, vận hành các hệ thống phần mềm dùng chung của Tập Đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam, Tổng công ty, hệ thống hội nghị truyền hình và hạ tầng thị trường điện.
- Hoàn thành kết nối mạng WAN của Tổng công ty và các đơn vị thành viên kết nối thông suốt với mạng WAN của Tập Đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam đảm bảo năng lực cho các ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin, viễn thông dùng riêng, thị trường điện, đo lường tự động hóa.
- Hoàn thành xây dựng Trung tâm dữ liệu tập trung của Tổng công ty năm 2015.
- Thiết lập hệ thống an ninh, bảo mật và dự phòng cho tất cả hệ thống công nghệ thông tin theo cấp độ phù hợp với mức độ quan trọng giai đoạn 2015-2016.
4.1.2. Định hướng hoạt động SXKD của Công ty công nghệ thông tin Điện lực miền Nam trong thời gian tới:
Công Ty giữ nguyên các loại hình kinh doanh như hiện nay và tìm thêm cơ hội kinh doanh công nghệ thông tin ở những lĩnh vực khác để có sinh lợi cho công ty.
