In fact, thinking streamlined governance has been introduced and applied in Vietnam in recent years. A study done with production enterprises have participated Lean training courses - TPS by Toyota Vietnam jointly held until 2013, showed no any company conducting Lean implementation comprehensively, especially applied Lean management style system. Most of them just stop at the level of a single application of Lean tools (According to Nguyen Minh Dat Nguyen Danh Nguyen, 2013).
