Cá nhân nước ngoài cho thuê nhà ở tại Việt Nam phải nộp thuế

Cá nhân nước ngoài được cho thuê nhà ở để sử dụng vào mục đích pháp luật không cấm, nhưng trước khi cho thuê phải thông báo với cơ quan quản lý nhà ở cấp huyện và phải nộp thuế từ hoạt động cho thuê này.
