13.3. Nếu sự kiện bất khả kháng kéo dài hơn 60 ngày cộng dồn, mỗi bên đều có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng này. Trong trường hợp sau khi hợp đồng được ký kết, Bên A đã thanh toán tiền các đợt cho Bên B, nhưng do điều kiện bất khả kháng xảy ra đối với một trong hai bên dẫn đến việc bên B chưa thể hoàn thành công việc và hai bên phải chấm dứt hợp đồng, Bên B có trách nhiệm hoàn trả lại số tiền đặt cọc cho Bên B (kể cả tiền lãi nếu có).
