d. Trong vòng 07 ngày kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng bên A cung cấp đầy đủ, chính xác và trung thực các hồ sơ, tài liệu liên quan đến việc lập Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường cho Dự án:
- Chủ trương cho phép đầu tư hoặc văn bản thỏa thuận địa điểm thực hiện dự án của cơ quan có thẩm quyền;
- Dự án đầu tư (trong đó thể hiện thông tin cụ thể: Tên dự án, công suất, sơ đồ công nghệ, máy móc thiết bị, nguyên nhiên liệu đầu vào, sản phẩm đầu ra, tiến độ thực hiện dự án);
- Bản vẽ thiết kế mặt bằng tổng thể trong đó thể hiện vị trí các hạng mục công trình;
- Bản vẽ thiết kế hệ thống thoát nước mưa, hệ thống thoát nước thải.

d. within 7 days from the date of signing of the contract A party offers a full, honest and accurate records, documents relating to the reporting of environmental impact assessment for the project:-Allows for investment undertakings or agreement on the location of the project of the competent authority;-The investment project (which might present particular information: project name, capacity, technology, machinery and equipment, raw fuel inputs, product outputs, the progress of the project);-Design drawings using the master in that location of the projects;-Drawing drainage system design, sewage drainage system.

d. Within 07 days of signing the contract Party A provides complete, accurate and honest records and documents related to the preparation of report of environmental impact assessment for the project:
- The policy allows investment or written agreement of the project site of the competent authority;
- investment projects (which show specific information: project name, capacity, technological scheme, machinery equipment and raw materials inputs, outputs, progress of the project);
- drawing overall surface design which show the location of the work item;
- drawing design drainage systems rainwater and sewage disposal systems.
