Công Ty chấp nhận các phương thức thu phí sau đây
(i) Tiền mặt
Nếu khách hàng thanh toán phí bảo hiểm bằng tiền mặt, Đại Lý sẽ thay mặt Công Ty thu đầy đủ khoản phí bảo hiểm theo thông báo thu phí của Công Ty như nêu tại Điều 6.1 và thông báo việc thu phí bảo hiểm đó cho Công Ty. Kể từ thời điểm thông báo cho Công Ty, Đại Lý được xem là đang giữ hộ Công Ty khoản phí bảo hiểm đã thu và có nghĩa vụ giao lại cho Công Ty theo quy định dưới đây.
Ngay khi nhận được tiền mặt do khách hàng thanh toán cho Sản Phẩm Bảo Hiểm, Đại Lý phải phát hành giấy biên nhận tạm thời (theo mẫu do Công Ty cung cấp) cho khách hàng. Biên nhận tạm thời phải được ghi đầy đù thông tin và ngày phát hành, và phải được ký hợp lệ.
Không muộn hơn ngày 5 của tháng sau, Công Ty sẽ gửi cho Đại Lý bản sao kê toàn một các khoản phí bảo hiểm mà Đại Lý đã thu hộ Công Ty theo Điều này trong giai đoạn từ ngày kết sổ của tháng trước đó đen ngày kết sổ của tháng tương ưng. Nếu khách hàng lựa chọn thanh toán phí bảo hiểm bằng chuyển khoản, Đại Lý sẽ thông báo cho khách hàng chuyển khoản số tiền phí bảo hiem theo thông báo thu phí của Công Ty nêu tại Điều 6.1 đến tài khoản ngân hảng của Công Ty như được nêu trong thông báo thu phí tại Điều 6.1. Đại Lý được xem là đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thu phí bảo hiểm sau khi số tiền phí bảo hiểm được ghi có vào tài khoản của Công Ty.
(iii) Thanh toán trực tuyến bằng thẻ thanh toán
Nếu khách hàng lựa chọn thanh toán phí bảo hiểm bằng cách thanh toán trực tuyến trên trang web www.libertvinsurance.com.vn của Công Ty, Đại Lý sẽ được xem là đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thu phí bảo hiểm sau khi số tiền phí bảo hiểm được ghi có vào tài khoản thu phí trực tuyến cua Công Ty.
6.3 Hóa Đơn
Khi xét thấy thích hợp và phù hợp với các quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam, Công Ty sẽ phát hành hóa đơn thuế GTGT cho khách hàng. Đại Lý sẽ thay mặt Công Ty gửi đến khách hàng bằng đường bưu điện hoặc giao trực tiếp cho khách hàng hóa đơn GTGT sau khi nhận được từ Công Ty.
