Hợp đồng này sẽ phát sinh hiệu lực

Hợp đồng này sẽ phát sinh hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký được nêu tại phần đầu của Hợp đồng này và có hiệu lực cho đến khi các Bên thỏa thuận và xác định chấm dứt hiệu lực đến tháng 2/2017, trừ khi được chấm dứt trước thời hạn theo các điều kiện dưới đây;

8.2 Trừ khi có quy định khác đi trong Hợp đồng này, Hợp đồng này có thể bị chấm dứt bởi một trong các Bên bằng cách thông báo cho Bên kia bằng văn bản ý định chấm dứt Hợp đồng trong vòng 30 (ba mươi) ngày dương lịch.
8.3 Trừ khi có quy định khác đi trong Hợp đồng này, một trong các Bên bằng văn bản thông báo có thể ngay lập tức chấm dứt Hợp đồng này mà không phải bồi thường trong trường hợp:
(i) Bên kia đã vi phạm bất kì nghĩa vụ nào của Hợp đồng và không khắc phục việc vi phạm đó (nếu có thể khắc phục được) trong vòng 14 (mười bốn) ngày dương lịch (hoặc trong khoảng thời gian ngắn hơn hoặc dài hơn hợp lý tùy theo hoàn cảnh) kể từ ngày có thông báo bằng văn bản về việc vi phạm đó; hoặc
(ii) bất kì lệnh nào đưa ra hoặc nghị quyết nào được thông qua nhằm giải thể hoặc giải tán một trong các Bên hoặc nếu một trong các bên không thể trả được nợ hoặc thực hiện thương lượng hoặc gặp gỡ chủ nợ hoặc bị đang trong quá trình thanh lý; hoặc
(iii) xảy ra Sự kiện bất khả kháng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

This contract will arise in force from the date of registration referred to in the first part of this contract and in force until the parties to the agreement and determined to terminate the force until February, 2017, unless be terminated ahead of time according to the conditions below;8.2 unless otherwise specified in this contract, this contract can be terminated by one of the parties by notification to the other party in writing its intention to terminate the contract within 30 (thirty) calendar days. 8.3 unless specified otherwise in this contract, one of the parties by written notice may immediately terminate this contract without compensation in the case of:(i) the other party has violated any obligations of the contract and does not remedy the violation which (if possible fix) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (or a shorter time period or longer than reasonable depending on the circumstances) from the date of the written notice of the violation; or (ii) any order given or the resolution would be passed to dissolve or dissolution of one of the parties or if one of the parties cannot pay the debt or negotiate or meet the creditors or is in the process of liquidation; or (iii) unforeseen events occur.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

This contract will generate effect from the signing date mentioned in the first part of this Agreement and shall take effect until the parties agree and determine invalidation to May 2/2017, unless terminated ahead of time according to the following conditions;

8.2 Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, this Agreement may be terminated by either Party by giving notice to the other Party in writing its intention to terminate contract within thirty (30) calendar days.
8.3 Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, either Party by written notice may immediately terminate this Agreement without compensation in the event of:
(i) the other Party has violated any obligation of the contract and does not fix the violation (if possible remedy) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (or within shorter or longer depending on the circumstances reasonable) from the date of written notice of such breach; or
(ii) a statement made or adopted resolutions to dissolve or disperse one of the parties or if one of the parties can not repay their debts or make negotiations or meetings of creditors or is in the process of liquidation; or
(iii) the occurrence of an event of force majeure.
