A. QUY ĐỊNH ĐỐI VỚI CƯ DÂN:- NGHIÊM

A. QUY ĐỊNH ĐỐI VỚI CƯ DÂN:
- NGHIÊM CHỈNH chấp hành nội quy, quy định về an ninh trật tự của tòa nhà, địa phương; Kịp thời phát hiện và thông báo các hành vi vi phạm tại khu dân cư cho BQL hoặc Bảo vệ;
- KHÔNG sử dụng các chất gây nghiện, tụ tập đánh bạc, gây gổ đánh nhau làm ảnh hưởng đến an ninh trật tự và mỹ quan tại khu dân cư;
- KHÔNG kinh doanh, tàng trữ hàng hoá hoặc nghành nghề BỊ CẤM kinh doanh theo pháp luật Việt Nam; hàng hóa dễ cháy nổ; hàng hoá gây ô nhiễm môi trường;
- KHÔNG gây tiếng ồn làm ảnh hưởng đến cư dân (đặc biệt trong khung giờ từ 11:30 AM-02:00 PM và 11:00 PM-6:00 AM);
- Đối với khách / người thân muốn ở lại qua đêm, BQL sẽ xem xét từng trường hợp cụ thể. BQL sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm khi có sự kiểm tra của công an khu vực nếu người thuê không thông báo với BQL và bảo lãnh cho khách hay người thân ở lại qua đêm;
- Mọi trường hợp ra / vào đối với người hoặc tài sản không phải là cư dân hoặc thuộc quyền sở hữu của cư dân PHẢI thông báo cho BQL biết trước khi ra / vào;
B. QUY ĐỊNH VỀ PCCC:
- NGHIÊM CHỈNH chấp hành nội quy và quy định về PCCC;
- KHÓA nước; NGẮT CB điện; và TẮT nguồn phát nhiệt trước khi ra khỏi nhà (bếp điện, bàn ủi, phích nước, máy lạnh...);
- KHÔNG sử dụng nguồn phát nhiệt tại nơi công cộng;
- KHÔNG hút thuốc lá trên giường, nơi công cộng và nhà để xe…;
- KHÔNG vứt tàn thuốc lá vào thùng rác, hành lang chung, qua ban công và cầu thang bộ...;
- KHÔNG để vật dụng gần cầu dao điện, bảng điện và đường dây dẫn điện;
- KHÔNG dùng bình gas để nấu ăn trong căn hộ;
- NGHIÊM CẤM câu, nối và sử dụng điện tùy tiện hoặc sử dụng điện quá tải.
C. QUY ĐỊNH VỀ VỆ SINH MÔI TRƯỜNG
- KHÔNG để các chướng ngại vật trên các lối đi lại, hành lang công cộng;
- KHÔNG xả rác, nước thải, khí thải, chất độc hại bừa bãi, gây thấm dột, ô nhiễm môi trường; PHẢI phân loại rác trước khi bỏ vào bao và buộc chặt để đúng nơi quy định;
- KHÔNG nuôi gia súc, gia cầm, chó mèo trong căn hộ và khu dân cư vì có thể gây ảnh hưởng đến môi trường sinh thái cũng như sự an toàn của cư dân khác;
- KHÔNG treo quần áo, chăn, màn cây cảnh, ống nước, ống thải điều hòa ra bên ngoài ban công;
- TRÁNH làm nước tràn ra ngoài ban công làm ảnh hưởng tới các căn hộ tầng dưới khi phơi quần áo, tưới cây;
- KHÔNG viết vẽ, dán tờ rơi, quảng cáo lên tường, trong khu vực cộng đồng;
D. NỘI QUY ĐẬU XE
- KHÔNG sửa chữa, rửa xe ôtô, đổ xăng và chiết xăng trong bãi xe;
- PHẢI đỗ xe đúng nơi quy định và tuân thủ hướng dẫn, chỉ thị của nhân viên Bảo vệ hoặc người được BQL chỉ định điều tiết xe;
- PHẢI tự bảo quản tài sản trên xe của mình, Bảo vệ và BQL không chịu trách nhiệm liên quan tới việc mất mát do sự bất cẩn của cư dân;
E. QUY ĐỊNH KHÁC
- Trong một số trường hợp, Bảo vệ có quyền kiểm tra các đối tượng khả nghi để ngăn chặn các hành vi có thể làm ảnh hưởng tới an ninh trật tự khu phố;
- PHẢI thanh toán phí dịch vụ tiện ích và tiền thuê nhà từ ngày 01 đến ngày 05 đầu mỗi tháng;
Lưu ý: trường hợp cư dân vi phạm các quy định của BQL sẽ tuỳ mức độ mà xử lý theo quy định của Pháp Luật Việt Nam.

A. B. PROVISIONS ON PCCC:
- strictly abide by the rules and regulations on fire protection;
- LOCK country; CIRCUIT electric CB; and heat sources OFF before leaving home (electric stove, iron, water mains, air conditioning ...);
- DO NOT use heat sources in public places;
- DO NOT smoke in bed, where public and garage ...;
- DO NOT throw cigarette butts in the trash, common corridor, through the balcony and stairs ...;
- DO NOT leave items near your circuit breakers, switchboards and power transmission lines;
- Do NOT use gas to cook in the apartment;
- STRICTLY PROHIBITED sentences, connect and use power arbitrarily or electrical overload.
C. PROVISIONS ON SANITATION
- NOT to the obstacles on the way of transportation, public corridors;
- NOT litter, waste water, emissions, hazardous substances indiscriminately, causing seepage leaks, pollution ; MUST classify garbage before putting it in the bag and tied to the prescribed places;
- NOT livestock, poultry, dogs and cats in the apartment and residential areas because it can affect the ecological environment as well as the safety of other residents;
- NOT hanging clothes, blankets, mosquito nets Landscaping, plumbing, air conditioning exhaust pipe to the outside balcony;
- aVOID swamping out the balcony to affect the downstairs apartment when drying clothes, watering plants;
- NO writing, drawing and pasting leaflets, advertising on the walls, in the community area;
D. PARKING RULES
- NOT repair, car wash, gas pumps and gas extraction in the parking lot;
- MUST parking prescribed places and to follow the instructions and directives of the employee or his protection indicated MB vehicle information;

E. OTHER PROVISIONS

Note: residents cases violating provisions of the Management Board shall be a level that dealt with according to the law of Vietnam.
