Xử lý dự phòng rủi ro là biện pháp chủ động làm trong sạch bảng cân đối kế toán của các NHTM nói chung và IVB nói riêng.
Giai đoạn 2011 – 2012 NHMCP IVB đã trích lập rủi ro và sử dụng để xử lý rủi ro cụ thể trong bảng sau :
