According to the system of capitalist countries, economics of education include methods and subjects of economics education, investing in education, economic efficiency, and the economic returns of investment in education. According to Eastern European and former Soviet Union, economics of education focuses on the object and method of the study of economics education; education in social production system; production plan and predict national education plan; the problem of training and use of experts; problem of education officers, education workers, employees and remuneration; the issue of funding for education and the technical facilities of education; performance problems of the education sector; and the comments and reviews for the education of the Western economy. According to the World Bank (2010), economics education include economic analysis of issues and interventions in education, finance and expenditure in educational, public-private cooperation in education, school management, reviews the impact of the project on education, and the quality of education.Due to prejudice and ideological differences between the capitalist and socialist countries from every century, the social sciences such as economics, education was on the study of subjective way. This makes scientific sense deflected it and many "scientific principle"-actually not really scientific principles-was applied, give rise to many problems in education rather than solving the existing problems. Thus, the introduction of educational economics back and rely on the basic principle of Economics is essential. Only thus, can we solve the problems concerning the relationship between socio-economic and education rightly and appropriately. Since the Foundation of the science of Economics, i.e. use of economic principles to explain the problems of education, the scarce factor (human resources, financial resources, manpower, and the force) in education will do the guideline throughout the course of this research. Also from here, to invest in education is viewed as a form of investment in physical capital that the home economics education called human capital. Here is the output of the education production function (which will be mentioned in other articles) and is viewed as a major theme in the analysis of this interdisciplinary.
