20.3 BÊN A có thể thuê một BÊN THỨ BA kiểm định độc lập thực hiện việc kiểm tra chất lượng CÔNG VIỆC và Tài liệu báo cáo “Thiết kế nội thất, hệ thống điện mạng và lập dự toán hoàn thiện văn phòng Công ty Điều hành dự án Đường ống dẫn khí & Nhà máy xử lý khí Lô B tại TP.HCM”. Nếu kết quả kiểm định cho thấy tài liệu không chính xác, không trung thực và/hoặc không phù hợp với các quy định trong HỢP ĐỒNG này, thì BÊN B có trách nhiệm thực hiện lại CÔNG VIỆC bằng chi phí của mình và BÊN B phải có trách nhiệm bồi hoàn cho BÊN A toàn bộ các chi phí để thanh toán cho BÊN THỨ BA và chịu các trách nhiệm bồi thường khác được quy định trong HỢP ĐỒNG này

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the test result shows that the document is inaccurate, dishonest and/or inconsistent with the provisions of this agreement, then the PARTY B is responsible for repeating the WORK with his expenses and party B is responsible to reimburse the whole party A the costs for payment to a third party and subject to the other liability prescribed in This CONTRACT
