Điều 4: Sau khi hoàn tất việc chuyể

Điều 4: Sau khi hoàn tất việc chuyển nhượng vốn, mọi sự tranh chấp phát sinh nếu có, hai bên cùng nhau thương lượng giải quyết theo nguyên tắc tôn trọng quyền lợi của nhau. Trong trường hợp không giải quyết được thì một trong hai bên có quyền khởi kiện để yêu cầu tòa án có thẩm quyền giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành. Công ty TNHH T.C. TECHNOLOGY VIỆT NAM, cơ quan đăng ký kinh doanh không có trách nhiệm giải quyết các tranh chấp phát sinh nếu có.

Article 4: upon completion of the transfer of capital, all disputes arising if available, the two parties together to negotiate a settlement under the principle of respecting each other's rights. In case not resolved then either party has the right to ask the Court to have jurisdiction under the provisions of the current law. T.C. TECHNOLOGY co., Ltd. in VIETNAM, the business registration agency does not have the responsibility to resolve the dispute.
