4.3: Thoát nước:

Hệ thống thoát nước mưa được thíêt kế riêng với hệ thống thoát nước thải.

a,Thoát nước mưa:

Nước mưa được thu về bằng hố ga vào hệ thống cống O300+O600 với tổng chiều dài tuyến cống là 6.150m ,sau đó dẫn về tuyến thoát nước đô thị.

b,Thoát nước thải:

Nước thải tại các công trình đều được xử lý tại bể xí tự hoại cục bộ,sau đó đổ ra đường ống o300 dẫn ra trạm thải của khu quy hoạch,trước khi thải ra môi trường.
Kích thước ống o300+o400 với tổng chiều dài tuyến là 15.620m.
Trạm xử lý nước thải 440m3/ngđ.

4.4:Cấp nước:

Nguồn nước lấy từ đường ống nước chung trên tỉnh lộ 328.
Công suất cấp nước toàn khu tính toán là khoảng 950m3/ngđ.
Kích thước ống o60+o114 với tổng chiều dài tuyến là 16.060m.

4.5:Cấp điện:

Nguồn điện cung cấp cho dự án lấy từ tuyến điện trên tỉnh lộ 328.
Mạng lưới đường dây dẫn đến các công trình trong khu quy hoạch sử dụng hệ thống cáp điện ngầm hạ thế C/XLPE/PVC/DATA/PVC luồn ống PVC đi ngầm tại các nhánh rẽ đặt tủ chia điện.

5.Kế hoạch thực hiện:

-Qúy II/2013: Trình và phê duyệt dự án;

-Từ quý II+IV/2013: Lập và phê duyệt dự án đầu tư;

- Từ năm 2014+2015: Xây dựng hệ thống HTKT và công trình giai đoạn 1;

-Dự kiến năm 2016: Đưa giai đoạn 1 vào hoạt động kinh doanh;

- Từ năm 2016+2017: Xây dựng các công trình còn lại;

-Năm 2018: Đưa toàn dự án vào hoạt động.

Điều 2 :Công ty TNHH thủy sản Bình Minh là chủ đầu tư có trách nhiệm:

1-Nộp hồ sơ dự án quy hoạch được duyệt cho Sở Xây Dựng,UBND Huyện Xuyên Mộc,phòng Hạ Tầng Kinh Tế huyện Xuyên Mộc,UBND xã Phước Thuận trong vòng 30 ngày làm việc,kể từ ngày quy hoạch được phê duyệt;

2-Phối hợp với UBND Huyện Xuyên Mộc,UBND xã Phước Thuận để to963 chức công khai công bố quy hoạch được duyệt,lắp pano bảng vẽ tổng mặt bằng quy hoạch tại khu vực xây dựng để công khai cho mọi người thực hiện và kiểm tra việc thực hiện; tổ chức việc triển khai cắm mốc giới QHXD trên thực địa;

3-Tổ chức triển khai lập dự án đầu tư xây dựng theo đúng quy hoạch tại điều 1 của quyết định này và các quy định quản lý đầu tư xây dựng công trình hiện hành.

Điều 3 : UBND huyện Xuyên Mộc có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn và theo dõi,kiểm tra việc đầu tư và xây dựng trong khu vực theo đúng điều 1 của quyết định này và thực hiện nhiệm vụ quản lý đầu tư xây dựng theo các quy định hiện hành.

Sở Xây Dựng phối hợp với Sở Tài Nguyên và Môi Trường,UBND huyện Xuyên Mộc,Ban Quản Lý Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Bình Châu-Phước Bữu , và các ngành liên quan hướng dẫn,kiểm tra ,giám sát,xây dựng theo quy hoạch phê duyệt; thục hiện chức năng quản lý quy hoạch xây dựng theo đúng quy định hiện hành.

Điều 4: Chánh Văn Phòng UBND tỉnh ,Chủ tịch UBND huyện Xuyên Mộc,Gia1m đốc các Sở: Xây dựng và đầu tư,Xây Dựng,Tài nguyên và Môi Trường,Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn,Văn hóa thể thao và du lịch,Giám đốc Ban quản lý Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Bình Châu- Phước Bữu,Gia1m đốc công ty TNHH thủy sản Bình Minh,và thủ trưởng các đơn vị liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này./.
