24.3. Trường hợp nhận chuyển nhượng

24.3. Trường hợp nhận chuyển nhượng một phần quyền và nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng BOT này, Bên nhận chuyển nhượng là một Bên tham gia thực hiện Hợp đồng BOT này và các hợp đồng có liên quan cùng với Bên chuyển nhượng.
24.4. Bên chuyển nhượng có trách nhiệm bàn giao đầy đủ hồ sơ, nội dung liên quan từ khi bắt đầu dự án đến thời điểm chuyển nhượng cho Bên nhận chuyển nhượng
