Người đứng đầu bộ phận hoặc đại diện của phòng chất lượng xem xét các hạng mục kiểm tra của lô hàng không phù hợp nếu như hạng mục bị NG không có trong trong danh mục kiểm tra thì phải bổ xung vào danh mục kiểm tra để kiểm soát trong các lần kiểm tra tiếp theo
