Nhà thầu phải trình Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt hoặc theo dõi các bản vẽ, kế hoạch, hướng dẫn lắp đặt, các tính toán, luật và tiêu chuẩn, các hướng dẫn về vận hành và bảo trì và nói chung là tất cả các tài liệu cần thiết để thực hiện Công trình theo các điều kiện của Hợp đồng. Trình tự trình tài liệu sẽ là những thông tin đầy đủ cho đánh giá và phê duyệt của mỗi bản vẽ hoặc tài liệu khi nhận được. Danh mục các Tài liệu để Chủ đầu tư xem xét phê duyệt sẽ phải tuân theo Phụ lục 8 của Hợp đồng này

The contractor to the client for approval or track the drawings, installation instructions, plans, calculations, law and standards, instructions for operation and maintenance and generally all the materials needed to perform the work under the terms of the contract. The sequence of documents that will be the full information for reviews and approvals of each drawing or document when received. List of documents to investors consider approval will be subject to Appendix 8 of this contract

The Contractor shall submit for approval or Investor track drawings, plans, installation instructions, calculations, laws and standards, the guidelines for operation and maintenance and generally all assets data necessary to carry out work under the conditions of the contract. The order of the document will be the full information for the evaluation and approval of each drawing or document receipt. The list of documents to investor approval will be subject to Annex 8 of this Contract
