I often have to study all day so to enough energy for the whole day I always choose for themselves the full diet 3 meals of the day. To full I ate a lot of foods such as rice, meat, vegetables, eggs or milk, ... But my favourite dish is probably the meat train with aromatic vegetables. From the little I've been proper eating habits exercise nutrition. The morning I ate snacks with a cup of milk, my lunch consisted of vegetables with some providing protein such as meat, fish, ... and dinner I usually change the dish to lunchtime.
