Bản ghi nhớ này có hiệu lực từ lúc hai bên thực hiện ký kết và sẽ tiếp tục sau 3 năm một lần hoặc do một trong hai bên đề xuất và chấm dứt nếu không có thông báo chính của một trong hai bên.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

This memo in force since the two sides signed and implementation will continue after 3 years or so either side proposes and terminate if no notice of either party.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

This Memorandum of Understanding entered into force at the signing of the two parties and will resume after 3 years or by either party terminates the proposal and if no notice of either party.
