Hiểu được quy trình làm việc, cách làm việc nhím có hiệu quả, chịu được áp lực cao,thể hiện và tăng khả năng sáng tạo, lên ý tưởng và cách thức làm chương trình. Nhận ra được điểm mạnh điểm yếu của bản thân, phát triển điểm mạnh, khắc phục hạn chế. Rèn luyện kỉ năng quản lí thời gian, ra quyết định.
