Khi lập xong Hồ sơ hoàn công, Nhà thầu có trách nhiệm đệ trình cho Tư vấn giám sát và Chủ công trình kiểm tra xác nhận bằng văn bản sau đó mới làm việc với cơ quan lưu trữ để làm thủ tục giao nhận Hồ sơ.
