Theo đó, luận văn gồm các chương sau:
Chương 1: Đặt vấn đề về việc nghiên cứu trích ly CO2 siêu tới hạn các hợp chất polyphenol từ lá cây lược vàng (Callisia fragrans).
Chương 2: Tổng quan về đối tượng nghiên cứu, mục tiêu nghiên cứu, nội dung nghiên cứu và phương pháp nghiên cứu.
Chương 4: Thực nghiệm.
Trích ly dịch chiết từ lá cây lược vàng bằng các phương pháp: Soxhlet (sử dụng dung môi etyl axetat) và CO2 siêu tới hạn (có và không có sử dụng đồng dung môi ethanol).
Phân tích và so sánh các thành phần: polyphenol tổng, flavonoid tổng, hoạt tính kháng oxi hóa, hàm lượng quercetin và kaemferol của cao chiết được từ hai phương pháp trên.
Chương 5: Kết quả và bàn luận.
Kết quả bước đầu sơ bộ khảo sát ảnh hưởng của các thông số vận hành thiết bị trích ly CO2 siêu tới hạn đến chất lượng cao chiết từ lá lược vàng.
Kết quả phân tích và so sánh các thành phần: polyphenol tổng, flavonoid tổng, hoạt tính kháng oxi hóa, hàm lượng quercetin và kaemferol của cao chiết từ lá lược vàng bằng hai phương pháp đã nêu.
Chương 6: Kết luận và kiến nghị.
