Tuy nhiên, nhiều kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy là đối với chất lượng dịch vụ, mô hình chất lượng và thang đo chất lượng thay đổi theo từng nước và từng loại hình dịch vụ. Tại nước ta những nghiên cứu về chất lượng dịch vụ và sự thỏa mãn của khách hàng chưa nhiều, còn ở mức sơ khai.
