Similar as MBTI, EQ is a software consisting of a series of surveys questions to identify the feelings of individuals. EQ was created by Peter Salovey and John Mayer, D (1990). Today EQ is one of the essential components in psychology. It contributes to the success of each individual. Currently, the leaders usually follow the trend of using EQ for use in staff recruitment process in line with the position in the company.
