Thủ tục xuất khẩu: Fluidra Việt Nam sẽ ký hợp đồng với các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ logistics uy tín để (i) vận chuyển hàng hóa mà Fluidra Việt Nam đặt mua đang được lưu Quyền nhập khẩu:
Giao kết hợp đồng: Thông qua các kênh tiếp thị, quảng bá sản phẩm, Fluidra Việt Nam sẽ tiến hành giới thiệu dịch vụ của mình đến với Khách hàng. Nhận đơn đặt hàng từ các Khách hàng tại Việt Nam. Fluidra Việt Nam (có thể) sẽ thu một phần đặt cọc hoặc toàn bộ giá trị hợp đồng từ Khách hàng trước khi tiến hành đặt hàng với thương nhân nước ngoài. Sau khi hàng hóa được bàn giao, Fluidra Việt Nam yêu cầu thanh toán và thanh lý hợp đồng.
Nguồn hàng: Nguồn hàng hóa để Fluidra Việt Nam thực hiện quyền nhập khẩu chủ yếu là từ Nhà Đầu Tư và các thương nhân/nhà sản xuất/nhà phân phối uy tín, có năng lực trên thế giới. Fluidra Việt Nam sẽ tiến hành đặt hàng từ các thương nhân/nhà sản xuất/nhà phân phối nước ngoài.
Thủ tục nhập khẩu: Theo phạm vi Hợp đồng dịch vụ sẽ ký với các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ logistics, các đơn vị này sẽ hỗ trợ Fluidra Việt Nam trong việc hoàn thành các thủ tục hải quan khi hàng hóa về đến cảng/sân bay, sau đó vận chuyển hàng hóa về lưu kho tại kho của Khách hàng hoặc các địa điểm khác do Khách hàng hoặc Công ty chỉ định.
Mặc dù vậy, Fluidra Việt Nam vẫn có quyền được trực tiếp làm thủ tục nhập khẩu hàng hóa tại cơ quan Hải quan theo quy định của pháp luật.
