Bên B bị phá sản hoặc vỡ nợ, bị đóng cửa, bị quản lý tài sản, phải thương lượng với chủ nợ hoặc tiếp tục kinh doanh dưới sự giám sát của người quản lý tài sản, người được uỷ quyền hoặc người quản lý vì lợi ích của chủ nợ hoặc đã có hành động hoặc sự kiện nào xảy ra (theo các Luật của Việt Nam được áp dụng) có ảnh hưởng tương tự tới các hoạt động hoặc sự kiện này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Side B is bankrupt or insolvent, was closed, with asset managers, must negotiate with creditors or continue business under the supervision of asset managers, who is authoring or Manager for the benefit of creditors or has any event or action happens (under the law of the applicable Vietnam) has a similar effect to the activities or the event.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party B is bankrupt or insolvent, closed, managed assets, to negotiate with creditors or continue the business under the supervision of asset managers, who are authorized or manager for benefit of creditors or has acted or events occurring (according to the Law of Vietnam is applied) have similar effects to the activity or event.
