Ông Tạ Long Hỷ, Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Taxi Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, cho biết từ tháng Năm đến nay, xăng đã 2 lần tăng giá và 5 lần giảm giá; trong đó từ ngày 4/7-3/9 xăng đã giảm 3.380 đồng/lít. Hiệp hội Taxi thành phố đã đề nghị Ban lãnh đạo các đơn vị thành viên cân nhắc để điều chỉnh giá cước. Hiện chỉ mới có hãng taxi Vinasun quyết định điều chỉnh giảm giá cước 500 đồng/km, bắt đầu từ ngày 9/9 tới.
