Được sự phân công của Khoa Tài Chính - Ngân Hàng trường Đại Học Công Nghiệp TP.HCM và sự đồng ý của Giáo viên hướng dẫn cô Nguyễn Thị Tuyết Nga mà em đã thực hiện đề tài “Hoạt động thanh toán thẻ tại Ngân hàng thương mại cổ phần Ngoại thương Việt Nam chi nhánh Bắc Sài Gòn phòng giao dịch An Nhơn” Đầu tiên em xin chân thành cảm ơn ban giám hiệu trường đại học Công Nghiệp thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã tạo điều kiện cho em có một kỳ thực tập thật ý nghĩa. Tập thể thầy cô giáo giảng dạy tại trường nói chung, thầy cô khoa Tài chính - Ngân hàng nói riêng, một lời chúc sức khỏe. Bốn năm đại học là một khoảng thời gian không dài nhưng những kiến thức mà thầy cô giảng dạy đủ để em bước tiếp chuyên nghành mà em đã chọn. Đặc biệt, em xin chân thành cảm ơn giáo viên hướng dẫn cô Nguyễn Thị Tuyết Nga đã tận tình, chu đáo hướng dẫn em thực hiện khóa luận này.
Tiếp đến, em xin gửi lời cảm ơn đến anh Nguyễn Thái – trưởng phòng giao dịch VCB An Nhơn, cùng tập thể các anh chị đang công tác VCB An Nhơn đã tạo cho em điều kiện tiếp xúc thực tế các nghiệp vụ tại ngân hàng, sẵn sàng chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, giải đáp thắc mắc cũng như động viên em trong suốt quá trình thực tập tại ngân hàng.
Mặc dù có nhiều cố gắng để thực hiện đề tài một cách hoàn chỉnh nhất. Song do buổi đầu mới làm quen với công tác nghiên cứu nên cũng hạn chế về kiến thức và kinh nghiệm vì thế sẽ không tránh khỏi những thiếu sót nhất định mà bản thân chưa thấy được. Tôi rất mong được sự góp ý của quý thầy cô giáo và các anh chị làm việc tại VCB An Nhơn để khóa luận được hoàn thiện một cách tốt nhất.
Sau cùng, em xin chúc các thầy cô, ban lãnh đạo và anh chị tại VCB An Nhơn có nhiều sức khỏe, thành công và đạt được nhiều niềm vui trong cuộc sống.
