Bên B được chuyển quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ của mình cho Bên Thứ Ba sau khi được sự đồng ý của Bên A, đồng thời phải kịp thời thông báo trước bằng văn bản cho Bên A tối thiểu 3 tháng, để đảm bảo cho Bên thứ ba có tư cách kinh doanh và thực hiện bản Hợp đồng.
